I’m a movement educator, yoga instructor, meditation teacher, clean beauty advocate, mother of one and artist at heart.

As a multi-passionate entrepreneur, my offerings have evolved over the past 15 years to reflect my continued studies with master teachers, experience working with students, personal practice, a relentless pursuit of optimizing health, my sincere interest in minimizing environmental impact and a heartfelt desire to contribute to making the world a better place for our children to inherit.

Elissa is a seasoned movement educator with more than 15 years of teaching experience and over 1000 hours of formal training in yoga, functional movement, breath-work, anatomy, mindfulness meditation and self-care.

Her integrative approach draws from her extensive training and mentorships with master teachers, insights gained from years of working with students of all levels and abilities, her own personal practice, continued immersive studies and a deep commitment to personal growth.

Her background, education and experience enables her to skillfully educate and serve populations ranging from beginning students, busy professionals in the corporate environment (or working from home) to more experienced practitioners and teachers seeking to continue their education.
